Terms of Service

Last updated 21 July 2026

1. Who we are

Unbify Build ("we", "us") runs a curated marketplace where independent builders submit AI solutions that our team reviews, verifies, prices, and lists. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the platform, or puts other users at risk.

3. Builders and submissions

If you submit a solution, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant us the licence needed to review, display, and — once listed — offer it through the marketplace.

We curate. That means we may accept, decline, price, edit listing details for, or remove any submission at our discretion. Being submitted is not a guarantee of being listed or of any sale.

4. Payments and payouts

Where a solution sells, the builder is paid their agreed share. Payouts are made through our payment processor (Stripe); you may need to complete their onboarding before you can be paid. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

Prices and the specific terms of a sale are confirmed by our team. Nothing on the public site is a binding offer until confirmed.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, scrape or overload the platform, misrepresent who you are, or interfere with how the service works. Don't submit solutions designed to deceive, harm, or unlawfully collect people's data.

6. Intellectual property

The Unbify Build name, brand, and the site itself are ours. These terms don't give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the service normally.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to verify solutions but we don't warrant that any solution, or the service itself, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
